Tubes Filling & Sealing Machine

It has a nozzle that doesn't drip. It has a smart detector. The detector stops filling if there's no tube. For sealing, the machine uses a hard steel part. This part trims edges sharply, doesn't wear out easily and trims fully. The machine also has a pure copper heating system (inside and out). It lets the machine heat-seal a second time. So the seal is completely airtight.

The machine has a simple control panel. It is easy to operate. It works steadily. It makes products of reliable quality. Also, you can change the mold easily for tubes of different widths. The machine has an accurate sensor (CE-certified). It adjusts tube direction automatically. You can also add codes on tube tails. You can use up to 8 characters (English or numbers) in any combination. This helps you track products.
