1. Structure and process of automatic filling and sealing machine

The automatic filling and sealing machine consists of hopper, upper tube, color code, filling, sealing heating and blanking.

(1) The hopper part mainly controls feeding, mixing material and raw material insulation

Feeding: When the feeding switch is turned on, the PLC will add the filling material in real time according to the liquid level signal, and automatically close after meeting the requirements.

Stirring: The raw materials in the hopper must be thoroughly stirred to ensure the uniformity and quality of the filled raw materials.

Insulation of raw materials: the raw materials to be filled must be kept at a certain temperature. The temperature is high, the raw materials are easy to react and deteriorate, and the temperature is low, and it is easy to agglomerate.

(2) The upper tube part is mainly controlled by two upper tube valves to control the two-way tube actuator

Upper tube: The tube on the two sides is freely selected by the user to open. Under the open condition, the control part will automatically perform the upper tube action according to the signal of the signal board.

(3) The color code part is mainly composed of two color code motors and two color code photoelectrics.

Filling and sealing machine The main action of the color-coded motor and the signal board have signals (the whole ring type is not moving when there is a signal), and whether there is a tube at the current calibration position (the entire conveyor belt moves two stations at a time for each processing) Whether the station is mainly based on two tube signal detection photoelectric detection and transmission), and then automatically benchmark according to the color code photoelectric.

(4) The filling part mainly controls two filling heads

The action of the filling head mainly has a signal with the signal plate (the whole ring type is not moving when there is a signal), and whether there is a tube at the current filling position. If there is, the filling valve can be opened to perform the filling operation, and if not, the filling operation is performed. The filling valve does not perform the filling action.

(5) The sealing heating part is mainly composed of four sealing heating heads

       The four sealing heating heads for sealing the heating part are mainly used for post-treatment after filling, that is, each product has to undergo two blanching and trimming tail work. The four sealing heating parts also have higher requirements on the temperature. If the temperature is low, the sealing may not be sealed or the sealing may not be dense. If the temperature is high, the tail of the product may be deformed, which may affect the appearance of the product.

(6) If there is material in the blanking part, it will be automatically topped out and blanked.

(1) PLC part

      PLC is the core of the entire control system, signal and data processing, its performance determines the quality of the entire system. PLC has powerful logic processing and data processing capabilities as well as a rich set of peripheral instructions.

(2) Operation interface

      The man-machine interface is used for the input of parameters and the issuance of control commands. The high-speed processing capability of the CPU can realize online/offline simulation, giving the user a truly friendly and programmable input interface.

      On the man-machine interface, the device speed can be adjusted (ie, the host speed of the variable frequency control is adjusted), the current output temperature display and setting, and the time display function. It can realize manual adjustment and automatic work (including upper tube, color mark, filling, sealing and automatic blanking).

      The use of the automated PLC control system can improve the automation degree of the traditional filling and sealing machine, improve the production efficiency, save the production cost, and allow the application to be promoted accordingly.
