Liquid material filling is the operation of filling liquid products into packaging containers such as bottles, cans, barrels, etc., called automatic filling machines.

3. Shampoo, toothpaste, jam, paste and other viscous liquids cannot flow by their own gravity, but must flow with external force.

The structure of the automatic filling machine is relatively complex, mainly composed of a packaging container feeding device, a filling liquid material feeding device, a filling liquid quantitative mechanism and a filling valve.

The task of the packaging container supply system is to deliver the container to be loaded into the packaging station at a specified speed, spacing and state, and its contents are mechanical devices.

The task of the filling liquid supply device is to transport the liquid material to the liquid storage tank. It is mainly composed of a liquid storage tank, a pump, a pipeline and a liquid level controller, and its content is a fluid conveying device.
