Flow Of Liquid Filling Machine

The boxes with empty bottles are stacked on pallets and sent by conveyor belt to the unloading pallet machine. The pallets are unloaded one by one. The boxes are sent to the unloading machine with conveyor belt. The empty bottles are removed from the boxes and sent to the washing machine through conveyor belt. After cleaning, the empty boxes are transported to the side of the loading machine for loading the bottles containing beverages. The empty bottles taken out from the unloader are sent to the bottle washer by another conveyor belt for disinfection and cleaning. After being inspected by the bottle inspector, the empty bottles meet the cleaning standards and enter the filling machine and the capping machine. Beverages are bottled by a filler. The bottles filled with drinks are sealed by the sealing machine and transported to the labeling machine. After labeling, the bottles are sent to the boxes of the packing machine and then to the palletizing machine for stacking on the pallets and sending to the warehouse.
